2、 Working principle and characteristics of granulation coating dryer
1. Working principle
The granular material for coating is put into the fluidized bed, and cold air enters from the heating chamber at the rear of the main engine. After being filtered and heated to the required temperature by the heater, it enters the fluidized bed. The fluidized bed air distribution plate is made into a special annular plate structure, and each plate forms a stacked form, allowing the airflow to pass through the gaps between the blades, forming a circulating high-speed airflow, so that the material moves in a regular vortex like manner. The adhesive or coating liquid is sprayed into the regular flow material layer through the pneumatic nozzle installed on the side wall or top, thereby making the powder into particles or obtaining continuous and uniform film coating. After the moisture evaporates, it is carried out of the machine by the exhaust.
2. Characteristics
(1) By granulation with powder, improve fluidity and reduce dust flying.
(2) Adopting side spray coating, there is no waste of coating materials.
(3) At the same time, spray coating can greatly reduce the drying process.
(4) Strict fluidization is formed inside the bed to ensure uniform coating.
(5) The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a discharge hole, which prevents damage to the equipment in case of an explosion.
(6) Coated within a sealed system, with no leakage or dust flying.
(7) The equipment can be operated manually or automatically.
(8) The coating process parameters are stable and highly repeatable.
(9) The equipment has no dead corners, fast unloading, and easy flushing.
